 This project is designed by 3D Arch. It's name is Nitya Woods. This is a township project in middle of the hills near Nainital. It has 12 cottages. The garden area is in the middle of the Villas. It has a multi functional club house where residents can enjoy Gym, Sports area like Table Tennis, Snooker, Carrom Board & Swimming Pool also.

The club house also has small party hall to organize small resident's functions & Occasions. The parking is good enough to manage all the cars for residents and visitors also. The Villas are designed in duplex format. 

The location has great views full of greenery & mountains.
